1. What DARCYCO is

DARCYCO is a social shopping platform. Approved independent brands sell their products here, and brands and creators share videos and images featuring them. Brands are the sellers of their products and ship them directly. DARCYCO operates the platform and processes payments on their behalf.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older, give accurate details and keep your login secure.

3. Content rules

• Only post content you own or have permission to use.
• Tag products accurately. Don't make misleading claims about what a product does.
• Disclose paid partnerships and gifted products as required by Australian law.
• DARCYCO may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Brands

• Brands must be approved before selling and must sell only genuine products they are entitled to sell.
• Brands set their prices (including shipping), manage their stock and ship promptly with tracking.
• DARCYCO charges brands a commission on each sale, shown in the brand's orders.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you buy, DARCYCO holds your payment and releases each brand's share after you confirm delivery, or automatically a set number of days after the brand ships unless you raise an issue. See the Refund Policy.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
